Are you visiting for Open House London?

Open House is taking place in London on the 22nd and 23rd of September. This year the programme will be even bigger, giving visitors access to over 800 different buildings. In addition there will be walks, talks and tours, giving everyone a chance to learn more about the built environment. As one of the most passionate teams of architects London has, we are pleased to be involved again this year.

Dana Research Centre and Library, Science Museum

Our RIBA London award winning project is accessible on both days 10am-5pm. Visitors are welcome to take a look around and see for themselves why the building is so highly regarded.

Start off by looking at the great setting. The property is modern but from the outside it sits perfectly among institutional museum buildings, stucco and redbrick terraces.

Inside there are world class facilities including a library, cafe, an auditorium, a seminar room, exhibition space, and offices. There is also a penthouse flat.

Other highlights

While we are very proud of our project, there are plenty of additional buildings to see during Open House. We urge you to take a look at the full listings to see which appeal to you the most. There are private homes, commercial spaces, and also architectural offices to visit. Some of the highlights include:

Burlington House – have a look at the brand new route at the Royal Academy of Arts and all the wonderful buildings on the site.

Bloomberg Headquarters – visit the most sustainable office building in the world.

Diespeker Wharf – a former timber yard and Victorian warehouse that has become stunning offices and a garden.

Royal Albert Hall – a Victorian masterpiece as well as one of the most iconic pieces of architecture in London.
