The Tour Odeon, the tallest building in Monaco, is nearing its completion and is set to add another 70 luxury apartments, two large sky duplexes and an immense penthouse to the principality. The skyscraper is the first addition to the skyline since the 1980s. It is perfectly located to overlook the busy centre of Monte Carlo, the famous casinos and the beautiful marina.
Construction started on the Tour Odeon in 2009 and is set to be finished by the spring of 2015. The building has been designed by experts with both the exterior and interiors set to be the pinnacle of luxury. It has a double tower design that gives it a beautiful sense of flow and sophistication. Architect Alexandre Giraldi has been acknowledged as a master of modern, European design because of the building.
The most astonishing part of the building is definitely the penthouse. It is set to take up the top five floors of the building and feature everything from a ball room and dance floor to an infinity pool and slide. When finished it is set to cost around £250 million, making it one of the most upmarket addresses in the whole of Monaco.
The Tour Odeon is to be equipped with its own health centre, multiple swimming pools, a private chauffeur service and 24 hour concierge service. On top of this there will also be an in-house caterer so residents can live in true luxury.
Every apartment in the building will feature floor to ceiling windows and private terraces to provide unbeatable views of the Mediterranean. The interiors were designed by renowned specialist Alberto Pinto with comfort and style the main priorities. All kitchens and bathrooms are fitted with top of the line appliances and fixtures. Every part of the Tour Odeon is designed to offer the ultimate in luxury. This is one of the most exciting commercial architecture projects going on in Europe at the moment.
