Coffey / Architects

Since Coffey / Architects formed in 2005, we have won awards such as the AJ Corus 40 under 40 Award, which is awarded by the The Architects Journal, the leading architectural industry magazine.

We are very proud of our work which has been exhibited in numerous museums such as the V&A Museum in central London.

We have also been featured in the local and national press for our architectural exploits, including our innovative commercial architecture designs.

Coffey / Architects has been the winner of numerous awards for our work in the commercial architecture sector, including Best Renovation 2008 which was awarded to us by the Daily Telegraph and which was also added to the shortlist for The Best Redesign 2009 at the world renowned Grand Designs Awards.

Coffey Architects Ltd was established in 2005 by Phil Coffey in order to follow his passion for innovative design and architecture.

Before forming the team at Coffey / Architects, Phil Coffey was employed at Ian Ritchie Architects a well known architectural company.

Employed to work on art projects at Ian Ritchie Architects whilst also helping to design the Royal Theatre Production Centre in Plymouth as well as many other famous landmarks.

Not only does Phil Coffey run a successful architectural firm, he also finds time to tutor part time to degree and diploma students at the prestigious School of Architecture in Wales.
